Cynthia Bauerly (D)
Cynthia Bauerly was nominated on May 7, 2008. Ms. Bauerly most recently served as Legislative Director in the Office of Senator Charles E. Schumer (D-NY). Prior to this, she served as a Policy Director for Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN). Earlier in her career, she served as an Attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, PA. She resigned her position in early 2013.
